Basis of Agreement
Agreements are concluded in Danish.
These terms of sale and delivery apply to purchases made on www.daylostudio.com.

Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to private consumers making purchases via www.daylostudio.com.
Business customers do not have a right of withdrawal.
Payment & Delivery
We accept payment via PayPal and bank transfer.
The amount will not be debited until the item has been dispatched.
If you have ordered multiple items and one or more are on backorder, payment for these will not be debited until they are dispatched.
All prices are displayed in local currency.
Shipping method is selected at checkout, and a fee may apply depending on the chosen payment method.
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days.
We offer delivery to parcel shops and worldwide shipping.
If you do not pick up your parcel from the parcel shop, you will be responsible for the return and re-shipping costs.
Right of Withdrawal – Details
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days.
For the purchase of one or more items, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you — or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) — takes physical possession of the item.
After the 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer 30 days exchange, where shipping costs are non-refundable, and returns are subject to a fee of DKK 149.
If an order consists of several items delivered separately, the withdrawal period only begins when you receive the last item.
If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the next business day.
Refunds
We will refund the amount once we have received and inspected the item.
All returns are subject to a handling fee of $25, as the item must be returned to our warehouse.
We offer exchange of individual items.
However, upon refund, the entire order/package is always refunded.
How to Withdraw Your Purchase
To withdraw your purchase, you must notify us by mail or email, clearly stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

The deadline is met if your message is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Returns & Return Shipping
Items must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to withdraw your purchase.
The deadline is met if the item is dispatched within the 14 days.
We do not accept items sent cash on delivery or without delivery/trackable delivery.
Refund upon Valid Withdrawal
Upon valid withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid excluding delivery costs.
The refund will be made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have received your notification of withdrawal.
We reserve the right to withhold the amount until we have received the item or documentation of its return.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
Condition of Item & Packaging
You are only liable for any deterioration in value due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, characteristics, and function.
You may examine the item as you would in a physical store — but you may not use it.
If the item has been used beyond this, we reserve the right to deduct any reduction in value.
If the item no longer has any resale value, no refund will be provided.
The item must not have been tried on.
It must be returned in its original packaging and securely packed.
You bear the risk of return until the item is received by us — therefore, always save your receipt and tracking number.
Complaints – in case of defects
If the product has defects or deficiencies (e.g., manufacturing defects), the rules of the Sale of Goods Act apply.
You have a 24-month right to complain, provided you complain within a reasonable time (normally within 2 months).

If the complaint is justified and the item needs to be returned, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
The item must be returned in proper packaging, and you must save both receipt and shipping information.
Privacy Policy
We respect and protect your online privacy.
We do not share your information with third parties unless necessary to fulfill an order.
We do not sell your name, address, email, payment information, or other personal data to third parties without your consent.
By using our website, you also agree to our terms for messaging services and the associated privacy policy.
Ambassador Terms
Ambassadors are responsible for complying with applicable rules for advertising identification.
By signing up as an ambassador, you consent to DAYLO using your content with our products on our platforms — unless otherwise agreed.
Ambassadors are solely responsible for reporting any income to tax authorities.
Ambassadors under 18 years of age must have consent from a parent or guardian.
There is no binding collaboration agreement — if you are under 18, we never require posts, and content can always be removed upon request.
Discounts are given in good faith with the expectation that agreed content will be shared — however, without obligation.
The return policy for ambassadors who purchase at special prices follows the same rules as for regular customers.
The right of withdrawal also includes the right not to share content.
By participating in competitions, you consent to receive messages about our ambassador program.
